Thecountdown finally ended and the Ao no Kiseki Evolution website has gone live. The game is to be released on 6/12/2014, and has a variety of details available on it.
The demo is currently available on the Japanese PSN store, and it plays through the entirety of the prologue. It gives you a good opportunity to see some of the new changes and new arranged songs in Ao no Kiseki Evolution. The save file for the demo is also transferable and will give you a special ‘gift’ item when you use it in the full game.

New Features
Full voice through the whole main story!
Throughout the main story, the interactions and conversations of the characters have been fully voiced. Along with the new recordings, the character portraits have been adjusted to show speaking animation.
64 Re-arranged Tracks in the Ao no Kiseki BGM
Of the 116 tracks in the game, the 64 original songs to Ao no Kiseki have been rearranged by the Falcom Sound Team JDK. A new opening theme, “Azure Wish” is also being recorded.
New Movie Scenes
A fully animated opening is being made for the game’s opening, and all of the in-game movies are being remastered into HD.
Event Illustrations
Many scenarios will have new illustrations added to them.
Character and Visual Refinement
From characters to monsters, and to effects, the visuals of the game from the PSP version have been refined. This will ensure that the visuals are just as beautiful on the Vita’s large screen.
New Support Quests
Additional Support requests have been added with this diverse group of characters. Take on the new challenges that await members of the Special Support Section!
PS Vita Features
With the ability to open the map and magnify it, as well as look through the various notebooks and other gimmicks. The touch screen, the rear touch panel, and the motion sensor will also be useable in minigames.
Clear Data Import
It’s possible to hand over your play time via importing your save files and clear data from the Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki Evolution, which was released on 10/18/2012.
Mini-Games
In the casino, you can play blackjack, poker, roulette, and the slot machine. There are other mini-games such as Pom’tto! and the various rides and attractions in Michelam Wonderland, such as the Horror Coaster.
Orbal Car Design
The Orbal Car is a convenient form of transportation throughout the urban city of Crossbell, and now you are able to modify its design. In this version, there will also be 10 new designs added in.
Game System
AT (Action Time) Battle!
The AT Battle system has become a familiar staple to the Kiseki series. It is a simple turn-based system that can be required to call on complex strategies.
Attack enemies on the field with Attack Encounters!
You can change how the battle will start through attacks triggered while on the field. If you successfully hit the enemy from behind, it will be stunned, and it can give you an overwhelming advantage through a surprise attack!
New System – Burst Mode
You gather points to fill up the burst meter in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once full, you will be able to activate Burst mode from the menu.
New System – Object Breaking
In dungeons and on roads, the characters are able to use their field attack to break rocks, jars, and crates. You can often times find ingredients and fishing bait from these, amongst other things.
Back Attack
When the enemy comes in contact with the party from behind, the enemy will not only get a preemptive strike, but it may also throw out the order of the party. Chaos ensues as support members are forced to actively fight in the battle.

Special
Under the special section, you can find areas where you can download twitter icons, limited wallpapers, and social banners. (You can see one of the banners on the sidebar currently.)
The wallpapers have two versions of the primary image with black and white back backgrounds. They each come in 1920×1200, 1600×1200, 1280×1024, and 1024×768 resolutions.
There are three resolutions for the banners: 200×50, 160×160, and 120×240.
As for the twitter icons, there are 43, based on the characters currently shown on the website as of this time.
Q&A
Q: Why is no instruction manual in the case?
A: There will be no instruction manual with the physical copy. You will be able to access a digital version of the manual in the game’s Live Area on the PS Vita, by clicking on the pink icon on the top center of the page. You will also be able to check gameplay functions from the in-game notebook while playing, as well.
Q: Is data transfer available?
A: You will be able to transfer save files from The Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki Evolution on the PS Vita to The Legend of Heroes Ao no Kiseki Evolution on the PS Vita, but you will not be able to transfer save data from the PSP version of Zero no Kiseki to the PS Vita Ao no Kiseki Evolution.

A: Please contact the store where you purchased the game. Do not throw away your receipt as it may be needed at this point.
Q: Who do I contact regarding support questions?
A: You will find contact information for support on the back of the package. For this particular title, you will be going through Kadokawa Games and Chara-Ani for user support. Please make note that this title will be outside of the support for Nihon Falcom.
Q: Will we be able to blog images, videos, or do live broadcasts of the game?
A: There are no problems at all with posting game screenshots. For game video, due to the voice actors, there are special formalities for this for outlets outside of news and media.

Forget the enhanced graphics, forget the so far generally excellent new music arrangements and forget the full story voice work, what will really make Ao Evo worth the purchase is the new Michey quest. Will Tio overcome the horrible truth she learned in the first quest in time to save her idol?!
